David Jack is a performance coach based in New England. He has developed speed, strength and wellness programs for professional teams, athletes, organizations and professional player associations — including the National Football League, Major League Baseball, IMG (International Management Group), the Boston Red Sox, and the New England Revolution. Jack is the General Manager of the CATZ (Comptetitive Athlete Training Zone) facility in Acton, Massachusetts.

In addition, Jack has created and delivered a curriculum for school age students known as "Sports and Life," teaching kids to be leaders in their community, live to their potential, and make healthy, positive decisions to succeed in sports and life.


John Berardi, Ph.D., C.S.C.S., earned his doctoral degree from the University of Western Ontario with a specialization in exercise biology and nutrient biochemistry. John is the director of performance nutrition for several Canadian national winter sports teams. Berardi is an adjunct professor of exercise science at the University of Texas. He has also written or co-written five books, including the Men's Health books The Metabolism Advantage, Scrawny to Brawny, and The Greatest Workout Ever.

Craig Ballantyne, M.S., C.S.C.S., a strength and conditioning coach in Toronto, is a regular Men's Health contributor and author of Turbulence Training. Craig received his master's in exercise physiology from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, and continues to study the latest training, supplementation, and nutrition research. A fat-loss and muscle-building expert, Ballantyne created "The Belly-Off Workout" for Men's Health. He works extensively with athletes and is currently a consultant to Rugby Canada, helping the team prepare for the World Cup.

Owen McKibbin was discovered as a model during his days as a pro beach volleyball player and went on to be the most prolific cover model in Men's Health history with 15 appearances. A broken back, two bum knees, and a surgically reconstructed shoulder didn't stop him from becoming one of the most recognizable models in the business, or from attaining those famously chiseled abs. He wrote The Men's Health Cover Model Workout.
