Mike Mejia, C.S.C.S., is one of the top strength-training writers in the country. Mejia, who is Men's Health's "Muscle Guy" columnist, has been a personal trainer in New York City since 1993, working with a clientele ranging from elite athletes to corporate CEOs. He received his undergraduate degree in exercise physiology from Adelphi University and has a master's in the same field from Queens College.
